We have now added larger residences to our range of products. These are available in woodframe or more traditional reinforced concrete. As standard we fully insulate our buildings with a range of insulation products including Aluminium Bubble and Rockwool fibreglass.

Unlike most developers we also damp proof our houses. The whole process begins with a consultation with you. Our architects, Kalligas of Limassol, with whom we have worked for over 5 years, will draw up the plan. 

When the design is completed to your satisfaction, we commence construction. We are involved in the whole process from the laying of the foundation to final key hand-over. We also submit all the necessary and relevant planning and title documentation to the authorities before any building commences.

CTA Homeline Ltd. also undertake land searches to make sure that building coverage regualtions are met. We are here to help and give advice on all aspects of the planning and construction procedure. All houses are fully guaranteed for one year but our after sales service is available beyond this period.
